Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
More images released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
